Community, police and government officials recently worked together to close a local massage parlor that was described as a magnet for organized and other crime. Throughout the effort there was extensive and passionate community discussion regarding prostitution.The concerns and stories brought to light need to be considered. This project is an attempt to begin exploring the territory.
